Financial Assurance

Embryo Assurance Program: if no blastocyst develops, select a replacement cohort of frozen eggs from any available donor within 180 days

One Embryo Program: 60% refund of program fee OR a replacement frozen egg cohort if zero blastocysts develop

Three Embryo Program: If fewer than three blastocysts develop, receive a program fee refund:
-0 embryos: 70% refund
-1 embryo: $10,000 refund
-2 embryos: $5,000 refund

Male Factor: If donor egg cycle does not result in 10 mature eggs and no blastocyst develops, 60% refund of program fee

If embryo doesn't survive the thaw (~2% of cases) at our partner clinic, a backup embryo will be thawed at no charge. If no backup is identified, or transfer is at an outside clinic, you'll receive a 70% refund of the program fee.²
