Discover More About Yourself and Change Someone’s Life

For many egg donors, the decision to donate begins with curiosity about their own fertility, about the process, and about what it means to help someone start a family.

At Shared Beginnings, we believe becoming an egg donor is as much about self-discovery as it is about giving back.

When you donate through our medically-led program, you’ll gain valuable insights into your own reproductive and genetic health, all while giving someone else the chance to realize their dream of parenthood. It’s a journey that’s both deeply personal and profoundly impactful.

Here’s why donors across the region and beyond choose Shared Beginnings.

Learn About Your Own Fertility with Expert Guidance

As part of your screening, you’ll undergo comprehensive testing led by board-certified medical professionals, not just administrators or agents. That means you’ll gain knowledge most people never get unless they’re struggling to conceive:

  1. Understanding of your ovarian reserve and reproductive health

  2. A detailed genetic carrier screen revealing valuable family insights

  3. Access to compassionate clinicians who explain what your results mean

Even if you’re not planning to start a family now, this information can help you make informed choices for your future. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body and the confidence that comes from knowing more about your own fertility health.

A Safe, Supportive, and Transparent Process

At Shared Beginnings, your comfort, safety, and emotional wellbeing come first. Our step-by-step process ensures you always know what’s happening and why:

  1. Apply online: a quick, confidential application starts your journey.

  2. Screening & acceptance: our medical team guides you through testing and reviews every detail with you.

  3. Recipient matching: you’re thoughtfully matched with intended parents who’ve been waiting for this opportunity.

  4. Cycle preparation: we handle everything from medications to monitoring with expert care.

  5. Egg retrieval: a brief, carefully monitored procedure, with recovery support built in.

From your first conversation to your post-retrieval check-in, you’ll be cared for by clinicians who know you by name, not just a number.

Led by Medical Professionals, Not Middlemen

Most egg donation agencies act as brokers between donors and fertility clinics. Shared Beginnings is different. Our program is developed and delivered by credentialed, board-certified medical providers who specialize in reproductive medicine.

You’ll have direct access to our nurse practitioners, reproductive endocrinologists, and embryologists. This is the same team supporting intended parents. We don’t just coordinate your cycle; we walk beside you through it.

Generous Compensation and True Appreciation

We know that egg donation takes commitment: time, energy, and heart. That’s why Shared Beginnings offers up to $44,500+ in total compensation, plus additional bonuses for approved referrals.

  • $500 upon program acceptance

  • $6,500 for your first completed cycle

  • $7,500 for each additional cycle (up to five)

You’re also paid $500 for every approved donor you refer. Beyond financial reward, our team ensures you feel recognized and appreciated for the extraordinary gift you’re giving.

Safety You Can Trust

Because Shared Beginnings is operated by medical professionals, every part of the process follows ASRM (American Society for Reproductive Medicine) standards. You’ll receive the same high-quality care as patients undergoing fertility treatment themselves.

We use evidence-based protocols, detailed monitoring, and compassionate care to minimize risk and maximize your comfort. We’ll explain every medication, every step, and every recovery milestone. You will always feel informed and supported.

A Mission That Means Something

When you become a donor at Shared Beginnings, you’re part of a mission rooted in compassion, inclusion, and respect for every path to parenthood.

We serve hopeful parents from all backgrounds: single parents, LGBTQ+ couples, and those who’ve faced years of infertility. We treat every story with the dignity it deserves.

Your generosity makes their family possible.
