With over a decade of experience in women’s health and fertility care, Stephanie Bartlett brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her role as Program Director at Shared Beginnings. A board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie has dedicated her career to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate their unique paths to parenthood.

Stephanie began her journey in healthcare after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University in 2010. She spent her early years working in labor and delivery, where she developed a deep respect for the strength and vulnerability involved in bringing new life into the world. In 2013, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and began practicing as a women’s health nurse practitioner in an outpatient OB/GYN setting. For the next six years, she cared for patients across the spectrum of reproductive health providing everything from wellness exams and preconception counseling to prenatal and postpartum support.

After moving to North Carolina in 2019, Stephanie joined Atlantic Reproductive Medicine in 2020. There, her passion for fertility care flourished. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Stephanie took on the role of Third Party Program Director, overseeing care and coordination for patients pursuing donor-assisted reproduction. In this capacity, she plays an essential role in the donor screening process, working closely with intended parents and donors to ensure a safe, supportive, and ethical experience for everyone involved.

Stephanie’s approach to care is rooted in empathy, connection, and trust. She understands that the journey to parenthood is deeply personal and often complex, and she is committed to offering guidance, reassurance, and a steady hand at every step. Today, as Program Director at Shared Beginnings, she leads with both clinical insight and emotional intelligence, ensuring that every person who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside of her work, Stephanie is a proud wife and mother of three. She treasures family time and brings that same sense of warmth and understanding into her relationships with patients. Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or are well into your fertility journey, Stephanie is here to walk beside you with care, clarity, and compassion.
