Meghan is a registered nurse with a background in psychology and almost two decades of experience in women’s health and fertility care. She started her nursing journey after earning a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in 2004, followed by a B.S. in Nursing from Duke University in 2006. Since 2007, she has been working as a nurse, first starting in labor and delivery where she developed a strong foundation in women's health and eventually finding her passion in fertility nursing.

Meghan has built deep expertise in fertility nursing, working with patients across the Southeast since 2008. Meghan has specialized in third-party reproduction since 2014, working closely with both recipient families and egg donors. Currently, Meghan focuses on the screening and evaluation of high-quality egg donors, combining her clinical knowledge with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach. Known to be empathetic and a strong team player, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate

the complex and emotional journey of fertility care. She truly loves the work she does helping people build their families through Shared Beginnings!

Originally from Memphis, TN, Meghan now resides in Nashville, where her husband’s job brought them back to the Volunteer State. She lives in Nashville with her husband, two daughters, and their beloved Goldendoodle. Outside of work, Meghan is passionate about coaching her kids’ soccer teams and supporting Nashville Soccer Club. She loves traveling, exploring the city’s many local cafes, and immersing herself in Nashville’s vibrant music scene.
