Open Door Family Equality Educated

At Atlantic Shared Beginnings, we are deeply committed to creating an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and commitment to all patients. We welcome and treat every person who comes through our doors with the greatest of care and understanding.

We strive to reach patients in all stages of their family-building journey and recognize that for our LGBTQ+ patients, that journey can be unique. Our Shared Beginnings director completed the Open Door LGBTQ+ training to ensure all our professionals understand and support LGBTQ+ patients while offering a neutral and welcoming environment.

Family Equality is the nation’s premier non-profit supporting LGBTQ+ families and those who wish to form them. The Family Equality’s LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion training equips employers and family-building clinicians with the knowledge needed to better support the millions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer millennials planning on starting their family in the coming years.

Equal Care Is Extended To Each and Every Person With No Exception

Effectively serving LGBTQ+ patients means being inclusive, non-judgmental, and helpful at all times. Equal care will always be provided to all patients at Atlantic Shared Beginnings, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, physical ability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We make it our priority that every patient is taken care of with the highest level of care and professionalism possible.
