Embryo Creation Program: Donor Embryo Live Birth with Refund Guarantee
- What We Offer: Create your desired embryos by selecting an egg donor from our extensive database and a sperm donor from our partnering sperm banks.
- Our Commitment: We provide high-quality PGT-A tested embryos and offer a refund guarantee. If a live birth isn’t achieved from the transfer of two euploid embryos, eligible recipients receive an 80% refund of the program cost (excluding the nonrefundable enrollment fee).

Embryo Selection Program
- What We Offer: Services that match you with already created embryos in our database, using donor eggs and sperm.
- Options Available:
- High-Quality Graded, Untested Embryo Program: Includes high-quality embryologist graded untested embryos. Total program investment of $9,500.
- High-Quality Graded, Tested Embryo Program: This program includes PGT-A tested high-quality embryologist-graded euploid embryos. It ranges from $9,500 to $18,500.
What’s the difference between High-Quality Tested and High-Quality Untested Embryos?
High-quality tested embryos have undergone genetic screening (PGT-A) to check for chromosomal abnormalities. This testing can help improve implantation rates and reduce the risk of miscarriage. High-quality untested embryos are visually assessed by an embryologist and meet the same physical grading standards, but they have not been genetically screened. Both options are viable, and the right choice depends on your individual goals, timeline, and guidance from your care team.
